By hiring Legacy Stonescapes or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

Legacy Stonescapes provides hardscaping and landscaping services, including design, installation, and maintenance. All services will be carried out as outlined in your project estimate or agreement.

2. Estimates & Payments

Estimates are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Scheduling & Delays

We strive to complete all work within the estimated timeframe. However, delays due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions may occur. We will communicate any significant changes promptly.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover planning, scheduling, or material costs. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased or work has begun.

5. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on workmanship, typically covering a period of [Insert Warranty Duration – e.g., 12 months]. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, improper maintenance, or third-party alterations.

6. Liability

7. Photo & Video Use

We may take before-and-after photos or videos of your project for portfolio, marketing, and social media use. If you prefer not to have your property featured, please inform us in writing before the project begins.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
